Hosted by identical twins Veena and Neena Bidasha, this video teaches the viewer how to perform the ancient Egyptian art of bellydancing. Starting with some warm-up exercises, the video moves quickly into a series of tutorials on intermediate maneuvers spins, downward figure eights, veil manipulations, and various arm and shoulder motions.
