Based loosely on Out of Sight, the Bollywood thriller Crimes concerns a female police officer named Prabha (Bipasha Basu) who has made it her goal to rid the force of corruption. One day, while attempting to apprehend a criminal named Aditya (Dino Morea), Prabha ends up in a life-threatening situation. When Aditya chooses to save her, that decision results in his arrest.
