A philosophy professor leading his students on an existential excursion to a remote motel finds his views on life and death put to the ultimate test when the group is attacked by a murderous gang of undead woodsmen in director Marek Dobes' gruesome horror comedy. The Halali motel is just such a place, and upon arrival Professor Reinis and his students begin their philosophical debates as to just why they have been granted the gift of life.
