Maverick filmmaker channels the anarchic energy of such rapid-fire comedy classics as Kentucky Fried Movie and Amazon Women on the Moon with this anti-authoritarian, pro-drug slice of short attention span entertainment. Manic shot on video sketches featuring non-professional actors blend with disintegrating public domain footage to offer a hazed-out head-trip with enough chemically-enhanced humor to give even Nancy Reagan a contact buzz. Segments include a Mr. Wizard parody in which a kid-friendly television science show host shows viewers how to mix their own LSD, a satire of European art films, and a comparison between the members of the D.A.R.E. program and the Hitler Youth.
