Bloodsucking Redneck Vampires
Joe Sherlock's comedy horror film Bloodsucking Redneck Vampires features a female vampire named Catherine who, in order to get away from a vampire hunter, takes up in a backwoods southern community called Backwash. Soon realizing that she is well-hidden there, she makes a plan to turn everybody in the town into her slaves. The fish-out-of-water story is paralleled by that of Jean-Claude Les Eaux, an effeminate Frenchman who has arrived in Backwash to offer interior design guidance to contest winner Ma Poissier. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide
