When the children of a tight-knit community begin to go missing and the police fail to secure any real leads, a mysterious superhero known as the Black Cougar springs into action. Silvio was just a typical teenager, befriending the neighborhood children and bravely preventing a tragedy before being falsely accused of kidnapping. Later, Silvio's father shares a longstanding secret with his son, and the pair sets out to track down the true culprit.
