Black and White Milk Cow
A young student returns home to care for his elderly grandmother following the death of his father, and quickly goes to work as a teacher at a run down local schoolhouse. Jinsheng's father has died. His uncle, the head of the village, realizes that the town needs a teacher and Jinsheng would fit the role perfectly. Though the local officials cannot afford to pay Jinsheng, they give him a milk cow as a sign of good faith. Despite the dire circumstances surrounding his return to the village, the newly arrived teacher vows to make the most of his current situation. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
