Pre-adolescent and adolescent girls between the ages of eight and fifteen are invited to join teen hosts Marli, Chelsea and Sarah for The Beetwixt Series: Yoga, a new home video release. The three girls begin by carefully instructing at-home audiences in basic yoga moves, and subsequently engage in two workouts - one that lasts fifteen-minutes and another that lasts thirty - encouraging at-home viewers to join in. Also presented are fun health facts contrasting the common assumptions that teenage girls often make with the reality of science and nutrition.
