The circus is coming to town, and all the kids at the community center have plans to visit the big top -- except Emily. So Barney and the gang decide to put on a show themselves. They go to the library and look at circus books to get ideas for their circus, then dress up like all the performers -- clowns, lion tamers, trapeze artists, circus animals -- and sing and dance to lots of musical numbers.
