Autopsy: A Love Story
An obsessive body collector working for the county coroner and dabbling in a bit of black market organ harvesting on the side finally steps off of the deep end when a beautiful young suicide victim proves the Jane Doe of his dreams in director Guy Crawford's dark psychological study in post-mortem romance. With no friends to speak of save for his demented co-worker Dale and the never-ending supply of the forgotten bodies that cross his path on a daily basis, Charlie Bickle is a lonely man. Though his sinister side business helps to ease the loneliness by bringing in a healthy cash flow, the isolated morgue worker just can't seem to shake the stench of death. Upon catching the dead-eyed gaze of a tragic suicide victim whose beauty remains forever locked in a final moment of repose, Charlie pledges to care for his cold new love at whatever cost - even if it means having to take a few lives in the process. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
