Savory Spinach & Artichoke Dip
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained,
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach,
thawed, well drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs. worcester sauce
PRE-HEAT the oven to 350°F, MIX ingredients until blended. SPOON into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. BAKE 20 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with pita chips, carrots, celery or crackers.
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz.) pkg ranch dressing mix
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
In a medium size bowl, MASH cream cheese. MIX dressing mix and Cheddar cheese into the cream cheese. SHAPE the mixture into a ball. ROLL the ball in the chopped pecans. REFRIDERATE covered until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips, carrots, celery or crackers.
