Description of Fantastic Pets

Fantastic Pets is a life-simulation game in which players of all ages can design their own creatures, choosing from a selection of parts and skins to create custom virtual pets. Varieties of horns, tails, wings, and several colors and patterns are available, allowing players to create realistic, as well as truly fantastical animals. The game uses the Xbox 360 Kinect system to allow players to appear in the game, onscreen with their creatures, for augmented reality-style interaction. By speaking voice commands, making gestures, and simply reaching out to touch the pet in the virtual game world, players can instigate a variety of realistic and entertaining behaviors. Two Fantastic Pet keepers can play at the same time, with each player and creature appearing onscreen at once, in the game's party modes. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
