Step 1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or click on Contact Procurement link. Upon receipt of your email, we will review your submission and other pertinent criteria.
Step 2. When an opportunity arises, the database will be used to select approved companies to source specific products or services. Due to the volume of emails we receive, you may or may not be contacted the next time a bid is issued for your service or product category. We will not need any additional information from you unless you are selected for the RFP process. Please do not send any unsolicited samples. You may be asked to submit samples with your proposal.
If you are qualified WMBE, Women and Minority Business Enterprise, you will need to include your Minority Certification Number and attach a copy of your Certificate of Minority/Women Certification when you register.
