This movie is amazing and needs to be watched more than once. The characters are very well done and the storyline is wonderful. Even small characters like Paul Sorvino as the boss were very well done. This absolutely brings the mob life to a much more real perspective. This movie is highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a good film, not just those who enjoy mafia movies.

When people talk about gangster movies, tell them "foget about it", Goodfellas is the all time greatest ganster movie ever made. And it is based on a true story, this stuff really happened! This DVD contains a comentary version with the real Henry Hill talking about the "good old days", it is chilling at times, and fascinating to listen to. MUST SEE!
