Director Tom Logan helmed this low-budget action thriller about a Cuban immigrant living in Florida. After defecting from his Communist homeland, Hector lands in Florida with the intention of building a new life for himself and the family he left behind in Havana. Unfortunately, Hector is unable to make ends meet with honest work and falls into a local organized crime ring. When he's busted by the authorities and forced to work as an informant, Hector finds himself caught between powerful elements on both sides of the law.
