The 60-minute All at Sea is a juvenile adventure set in Portugal and North Africa. A group of British schoolchildren takes a vacation to the above-mentioned exotic locales. While in Tangiers, they spot a master thief absconding with a rare painting. Using all the Little Rascals resources at their disposal, the kids bring the thief to justice.
