A one-man, low-budget movie-making machine, David Heavener specializes in direct-to-video actioners. He has starred in all of his films, beginning with Outlaw Force in 1987. He also wrote the screenplay, produced, directed, and wrote the songs for this violent tale of a Vietnam vet/country singer who takes on a gang of redneck punks. An emotionally damaged cop investigating a spree of prostitute killings discovers that the dark side of Las Vegas is decidedly more grim than he ever suspected in director David Heavener's gruesome thriller. In this violent actioner, renegade cop John Bloodstone is put on suspension after he used a blow torch to stop bank robbers. It begins when his superiors call him in and assign him to transport notorious crime lord Marrietta Copella to a new prison. It is en route that they are supposed to die. He obtains the drug through the pharmaceutical company he blackmails by regularly killing the lovers, wives and associates of high-ranking company executives.
