Though an innovative biotech conglomerate subsequently offers the fearful public a means of maintaining their health by enacting a series of hassle-free organ payment plans, things begin to get messy when it's revealed that the financed body parts are subjected to legal default, and that failure to maintain proper payment will result in forceful repossession of the organs. The Sarah Brightman Special: Harem - A Desert Fantasy is a one-hour television special originally broadcast on PBS. Filmed on-location in Morocco, the special is produced in support of her 2003 album Harem on EMI records and Harem World Tour 2004. Inspired by a Middle Eastern aesthetic, theatrical singer Brightman performs her vocal pop music in lavish surroundings. In addition to various desert landscapes, she also travels to the Atlas Mountains and the city of Ait ben Haddou. Based on the children's book by John Burningham, Granpa brings together original music, heartfelt characterizations, and a universal story line. Emily has a unique imagination, or so she thinks, until she meets her match in Granpa. Together, the two bring to life an awesome jungle, a rolling sea, and a lovely Victorian ballroom. When they start scheming, there is nothing they can't accomplish. Granpa, though declining in health, indulges Emily with specially focused attention. The soundtrack matches the story's magical quality with a middle school choir keeping time with a full orchestra. Lyrical Brit Sarah Brightman contributes a tune entitled "Make Believe."
