As part of the masquerade, Iolaus must go through with an arranged marriage with the beautiful but icy Princess Niobe (Lisa Ann Hadley). While rescuing a group of slave girls from a warlord, Xena saves the life of an old man (Tom Atkins) who has helped her fend off the villains. The oldster subsequently claims to be Atrius -- Xena's long-lost father. Ensuing events convince Gabrielle (Renee O'Connor) that Xena should stay as far away from Atrius as possible. Alas, before long Xena has reverted to her Warrior Princess ways, fully prepared to kill all the occupants of a village -- including Gabrielle. This action film from prolific Filipino director Cirio Santiago stars Cec Verrell as tough cop Jennie ("Silk"), who works for the Honolulu police. A series of murders has the police baffled, so Silk is called in to help uncover the culprits. Her sleuthing leads to several shoot-outs and evidence that incriminates one of the cops. US air force lieutenant Lisa Echhorn is determined to prove her mettle by taking a grueling escape-and-evasion course. Along with several other trainees, Echhorn is parachuted to a remote island where she is to be tracked down by the "enemy". Reluctantly teamed with major Tom Skerritt, who has been injured in the jump, Echhorn successfully reaches the "safe" goal she's been assigned, only to learn that she has been dragooned into a far more deadly training program than she'd expected. Put to work in a hard labor camp, Echhorn is subjected to various and sundry humiliations by master sadists Anthony Zerbe and Richard Roundtree. This is a very macho action film in which the good guys are just that "guys". Col. Cooper (David Carridine) has been captured by the North Vietnamese and wheels and deals his way out of this predicament with the sleazy Vietnamese commandant, Capt. Vinh (Mako). Vinh agrees to let Cooper and the other P.O.W.s leave if Cooper will take Vinh and his ill-gotten gains back with them to the United States. Cooper agrees, and then has to struggle with the ever-frustrating Sparks (Charles R. Floyd), who thinks he knows better than anyone else about how to escape from the camp.
