When government attorney Mike Mandell (Stacy Keach, Jr.) begins to suffer from a mental disorder that periodically transforms him into another mobster personality known as "Sonny," his strange behavior doesn't escape the notice of narcotics agent Gordon Pankey (Harris Yulin).
