A disturbed teen with a troubling history of violence defends his home from a squad of heavily armed hit men dispatched to retrieve a large sum of money stolen from a notorious mob boss. Reg Bellavance (Ray Wise) is a feared gangster facing a murder charge, but currently out on parole. Odds are he'll end up getting convicted and sent to prison, but he's determined to skip town with his son and $500,000 in cash before his scheduled court date. Trouble is, Reg's flight fund has just gone missing. Enraged, the desperate mobster tells his right hand man Lloyd to assemble a crew and get the cash back - and to make sure the people who stole it suffer an agonizing death in the process. After blasting through the list of prime suspects with no results, Lloyd and his ruthless team of killers arrive at the Rutledge home, and prepare for another bloodbath. When Sarah (Amy Seimetz) left Garrick (A.J. Bowen) and moved to the Midwest, she thought she would never see him again. These days Sarah has gotten her drinking under control thanks to Alcoholics Anonymous, and has a good job as a dental hygienist. She's just gotten into a relationship with fellow recovering alcoholic Kevin (Joe Swanberg) when she learns that Garrick is on the loose, and may intend to "finalize" their breakup. A smiling psychopath with a briefcase full of razorblades turns a homecoming get-together into a terrifying bloodbath when he forces the partiers to identify the people they hate, and a black-hooded supernatural killer begins viciously slaying each person identified. Mr. Suitcase (Bill Moseley) may maintain a happy visage, but don't be fooled by appearances because he's actually a horrifying harbinger of death. After crashing a homecoming bash for Claire (Lindley Evans) commands everyone in the room to name the one person they hate, and then makes a slash in his skin for each person who answers. Soon thereafter, everyone named that fateful night begins dying in the most gruesome ways imaginable. It seems that a supernatural killer is stalking them one by one, but upon realizing that partygoer Tim (Matt Lero) had joked that he hated everyone in attendance, the terrified friends all begin to wonder if they could be the next to go. Horror duo Adam Gierasch and Jace Anderson (The Toolbox Murders, Mother of Tears) re-team for this frightener about a group of road-tripping college graduates who are spirited to a mysterious hospital after crashing their car on a lonely Louisiana road. Emily, her boyfriend Bobby, and their good friends Claire and Jude are driving through the darkened Louisiana countryside when their car spins out of control and crashes into a tree. When the ambulance arrives to take them to Mercy Hospital, the traumatized travelers assume that the worst is behind them. But why are there so few doctors at Mercy Hospital, and why are most of the floors empty?
