Erin (Mary McDonough) wants to open a daycare center on behalf of J.D. Pickett's female employees, but Pickett (Lewis Arquette) is determined to set up a tavern for his male workers instead. Meanwhile, Ike Godsey (Joe Conley) hopes to surprise his wife Corabeth (Ronnie Claire Edwards) by learning to dance before their next anniversary.
