Intended as a 12-part reality miniseries, Fox's Nashville chronicled the efforts of 12 young hopefuls (one of whom was the daughter of sportscaster Terry Bradshaw) to make it big in the County Music capital. Inasmuch as the series was from the same team responsible for Laguna Beach, it was all but obligatory that the 12 aspiring performers and songwriters were drop dead gorgeous. On a more professional level, the hopeful were judged by a panel of experts as much for their stage presence and confidence as their talent.
