The original voice cast of Lilo & Stitch returns for this direct-to-video sequel, which follows the further adventures of Stitch (aka Experiment 626) and his new surrogate family in Hawaii. It seems that Dr. Jumba (David Ogden Stiers) has brought his other 625 experiments to Earth, and now it's up to Stitch and company to make sure the villainous Dr. Hamsterviel (Jeff Bennett) doesn't get his hands on them. Fifty years after releasing their opulent adaptation of the classic fairy tale Cinderella, Walt Disney Productions revisits the characters in this direct-to-video sequel. Cinderella 2: Dreams Come True encompasses three short stories; first, after Cinderella (voice of Jennifer Hale) marries Prince Charming (voice of Christopher Daniel Barnes), she finds it difficult to reconcile her new station in life with the simple ways she's known in the past. Secondly, the friendly mouse Jacques (voice of Rob Paulsen) wishes he could be a human being -- but after the Fairy Godmother (voice of Russi Taylor) makes it so, he discovers it's a lot tougher than he imagined. And finally, Cinderella takes pity on her stepsister, Anastasia (voice of Tress MacNeille), and teaches her how to smile in the hopes she can find a love of her own. The most adorable little superheroines in all of Townsville make the jump to the big screen in this feature-length animated adventure based on the popular Cartoon Network series The Powerpuff Girls. Brilliant scientist Professor Utonium (voice of Tom Kane) is performing an experiment in his lab when Jojo, a monkey trained to assist the professor, accidentally drops a bottle of hyper-powerful Chemical X into a mixture of sugar, spice, and everything nice. To the professor's surprise, what should emerge from the subsequent chemical reaction but three little girls: bright and practical Blossom (voice of Cathy Cavadini), sweet and sunny Bubbles (voice of Tara Strong), and tomboyish Buttercup (voice of Elizabeth Daily). Professor Utonium discovers that the girls have remarkable powers and super-human strength, and he hopes they'll be able to improve life in the crime-infected City of Townsville. However, after their first day at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten with Ms. Keane (voice of Jennifer Hale), the girls learn that having super powers can be both a blessing and a curse. Rejected by their classmates and quite unhappy, the girls are easily swayed when Mojo Jojo (voice of Roger L. Jackson), a superintelligent monkey in a turban, asks them to help him with a campaign to save the city. What the girls don't know is that Mojo Jojo is actually the monkey who once assisted the Professor; now he's embraced evil and hopes to use the Powerpuff Girls as part of his criminal scheme to wrestle control of Townsville away from the dense but well-meaning Mayor (voice of Tom Kenny). In this direct-to-video sequel to Disney's animated hit The Little Mermaid, Ariel (Jodi Benson) and Eric (Christopher Daniel Barnes) are the proud parents of a little girl named Melody (Tara Charendoff), who has begun to hear the call of the sea she has inherited from her mother. But wicked Morgana (Pat Carroll), the sister of Ursula, seeks revenge against Ariel, and has devised a scheme to take control of the oceans. As Melody goes to the waters in dreams of becoming a mermaid like her mother once was, he is drawn into Morgana's plot, and now Ariel must reunite with her childhood friend Sebastian (Samuel E. Inasmuch as the animated series Pinky and the Brain was poised to undergo a title and format change in September of 1998, ultimately re-emerging as Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain, a scant seven episodes were filmed for the series' abbreviated fourth season. And three of those episodes were comprised of a single plotline, in which genetically engineered lab mice (and would-be world conquerors) Pinky and The Brain are brainwashed (actually all they need is a light rinse) by Brain's arch-rival Snowball, whereupon they blindly endeavor to "stupidize" the world's population by performing the dreaded "Scheerskahoven." Later on, the boys stage a "reunion special" for the express purpose of hypnotizing mankind with a lethal dose of banality. And, in the series' typical topsy-turvy fashion, the series finale is actually the obligatory "origins" episode, in which we learn for the first time how Pinky and the Brain came to call the ACME Laboratories their home. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide

Disgruntled, and highly dangerous, ex-KGB agent General Vostok once again poses a threat to mankind. On this occasion, Vostok has armed himself with the weapon that defeated Napoleon at the gates of Moscow -- a "freeze bomb." Holding the other team members hostage, Vostok demands that Dr. Quest make the weapon even more deadly than before. Mark Hamill of Star Wars fame is heard as the villainous Vostok. For the second consecutive episode, the evil Jeremiah Surd tries to destroy the Quest team. This time, Surd has invaded the mind of team member Jessie Bannon. As Jonny and his father Benton embark upon a "Fantastic Voyage" through the girl's thought processes to undo Surd's damage, Jessie herself proves to be more than a match for the Quests' perennial foe. Alas, the scientists breach the gateway to a hostile "other" dimension, whose residents seize the opportunity to take over the earth -- and perhaps the rest of the galaxy as well. Evidently, the reports of Dr. Zin's death in the previous episode ("Night of the Zinja") were slightly exaggerated. Here is old Zin again, once more endeavoring to destroy the Quest team, this time with a whole slew of robots. But Dr. Quest is at this point as fed up with Zin's antics as the audience must be! Two of the important women in the life of Race Bannon -- his ex-wife Estella and his one-time amour Jade -- make return appearances.
