Utah native KayCee Stroh began singing and dancing at a young age, and she got the chance to showcase her skills when she was cast in 2006's High School Musical as Martha, a smart girl whose secret is that she loves to dance. Stroh would reprise the role in the movie's sequels in 2007 and 2008, despite battling a health crisis when she developed a blood clot in her leg. Kenny Ortega's High School Musical 2 reunites the cast from the hit made-for-Disney Channel original to tell another story in the lives of the musically inclined students attending East Side High.
