Thanks to the machinations of his nemesis Judge Willard (Jason Bernard), Harry (Harry Anderson) is summoned before a judicial review board. Led by the decidedly off-base Judge Landis (Ray Walton) the board must decide if Harry's bizarre and flippant courtroom behavior constitutes sufficient grounds for dismissal.
