In this installment of the long-running Santo series from Mexico, the titular masked hero is summoned to solve a long string of unsolved serial murders. Santo soon finds himself attempting to counter the vile Malkosh, who commits his killings with the help of a blob-like creature that swallows its victims alive. The plot thickens when it becomes apparent that another villain, the psychopath Boris Licur, has kidnapped the only individuals seemingly able to destroy the creature: scientist Dr. Bernstein and his daughter. Their investigation becomes all the more urgent when Santo's lady friend, Alicia (Sasha Montenegro), becomes one of the missing. Jorge Torres (Miguel Angel Rodriguez) is a former boxing champ who takes a job as a truck driver in this routine sex farce. He hires two other drivers to help him deliver gas to homes and businesses. This is a melodramatic rendition of a changing relationship between Macho Prieto (Hector Suarez), the domineering owner of a nightclub called "Las Noches del Califas," and Hugo (Manuel Capetillo), a younger man. Prieto takes a liking to Hugo when he first meets him and invites him to his nightclub. Hugo arrives with Eva on his arm, but that does not last long once Prieto takes an interest in her.
