The sophomore feature from director Onur Tukel, Ding-a-ling-Less is a quirky independent comedy about a small-town guy named Jack who is born in the state suggested by the film's title. Because of his embarrassing malady, Jack has never been romantically involved, but that has the potential to change when he learns of a new medical procedure.
