When two young men fall in love with the same woman, they each pursue her at different times of the year and in different settings. Written and directed by Adolfas Mekas, this is an interesting film technique in that it is right out of the 60s in poking fun at its own attempts at seriousness. Even the young woman pursued is portrayed by two different actresses according to the season in which she is being pursued. An interesting and ultimately likeable film. ~ Tana Hobart, All Movie Guide

Too Young, Too Immoral proved to be too much for director, writer, actor, and editor Raymond A. Phelan who bowed in and quickly bowed out of his directorial career with this undistinguished drama about crime and drugs in the Big Apple. The story revolves around a young man who is a drug runner but has a change of heart after he falls in love. His suppliers are not in agreement with his new attitude, and their solution is to kill him. In steps his brother, who makes his own vow -- he is going to get the killers, or else. The melodrama continues until the violent finale. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, All Movie Guide

This independent film by Ron Rice finds The Flower Thief (Taylor Mead) as a homosexual beatnik who walks around San Francisco. With a stolen flower, a teddy bear and an American flag, he gets into a series of misadventures that lead him up a hill before he descends in a children's wagon. Filmed in 1959 through 1960, the incidents foreshadowed the hippie movement by several years. Claude Debussy's music is used for the soundtrack in this early counter-culture feature. ~ Dan Pavlides, All Movie Guide
