Rendered comatose for 20 years after a freak breakdancing accident, former child dancer Justin Schumacher (Jamie Kennedy) awakens from his extended repose with no motor skills and the mental capacity of a 12-year-old. So much has changed since Justin lapsed into a coma; not only have people stopped wearing parachute pants, the Internet has connected people in a manner that no child of the 1980s could have ever imagined. Dancing, however, is the one constant that remains as popular as ever. Upon discovering that his mountainous medical bills have drained mom and dad's bank account and the love of his life (Maria Menounos) is engaged to his lifelong nemesis (Michael Rosenbaum), the breakdancing Rip Van Winkle attempts to reassemble his former dance troupe in hopes of winning back the girl and saving his parents' failing yogurt shop. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide

Weeks after their best friend Bev goes missing in a remote area of the Texas Hill Country rumored to be home to a malevolent, 150 year old conjurer who uses the blood of the innocent to brew her life-sustaining potion, concerned friends Meg and Mike set out to find the missing girl and prove that the local rumors are nothing more than vivid folklore. Countless travelers have disappeared while navigating the treacherous wilderness of Abberdine County over the past 150 years, so when Bev (Charlemagne Domian) disappears after making a trip to the region, Meg (Teresa Deasey) and Mike (Ivan Sadowski) are more than a little concerned. Indeed, Bev did have her precious lifeblood drained by the cruel hag, though as far her friends know she is simply lost in the woods. Shortly after setting up camp in Abberine County, Meg decides to seek the advice of local Fortune Teller Jessie (Winter Wytchwood), who warns her in no uncertain terms that she should forget about her friend and go home immediately. Shortly thereafter, Mike makes a gruesome discovery around the area that he and Meg were specifically warned to stay away from. That night, as one of the hag's victims makes a daring escape, a violent rainstorm cuts off all communication with the outside world before Mike and Meg are attacked by a rampaging horde of zombies. While Meg stages a daring escape, however, Mike isn't so lucky. But even after staging a daring escape with Zombie Hunter Sean Steel, Meg and Jessie are somehow lured back in these woods by the fearsome conjurer. Now, as Molly accidentally injects Jessie's powerful hallucinogenic potion and Meg is prepared for bloodletting, it begins to appear that Meg and Mike's adventure will eventually become the latest entry in a long line of grim folk tales concerning The Abberdine County Conjurer. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
