Pepper (Luis Sandrini) and his friend Red Pepper (Jose Marrone) care for the children of a late circus owner and friend. To legally adopt the moppets, a married couple must apply to the proper authorities. When relatives try to claim the children and the circus, the two comes up with the idea that one of them should marry the fat lady in this offbeat comedy aimed at children.
