A once-promising artist finds his creative flame reignited by a misfit with a gruesome sleepwalking habit in this ghoulish horror comedy. Years ago, Lars (Thure Lindhardt) had a promising career as an artist. But these days his inner-palette is all dried up. Relegating himself to failure, Lars takes a job teaching at a second-string art school in a small Canadian town. It's there that Lars strikes up an unusual friendship with Eddie (Dylan Smith) -- an enormous mute whose nocturnal strolls typically end in bloodshed and cannibalism. A pair of adversaries develop a wary respect in this period drama from director Ian Sharp. In 1902, Kereama (Temeura Morrison), a Maori sailor, is wrongfully accused of murdering a British soldier, and a significant bounty is offered for his capture. Arjan (Ray Winstone), an expert tracker and a veteran of the Boer War, arrives in New Zealand in hopes of capturing Kereama and collecting the reward. Arjan is of Dutch ancestry and fought against the British, so there's no love lost between him and the British military men who join him in the search. But while Arjan is very good at finding people, he discovers Kereama is just as good at slipping from his grasp; after Arjan captures the Maori, he escapes, a process that repeats itself several times. The better the two men get to know one another, the more they realize they have a great deal in common, including humiliating defeat at the hands of the British, and Arjan begins to wonder if Kereama's fierce claims of innocence might be true after all. Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) stars as Billy, A.K.A. Dr. Horrible, a budding super-villain whose plans for world domination continually go awry. His two goals: getting accepted into the Evil League of Evil, and working up the guts to speak to his laundromat crush Penny, played by Felicia Day (The Guild). The only thing standing in his way is Captain Hammer, Billy's superhero arch-nemesis played by Nathan Fillion (Firefly). With one big score, Billy could get into the E.L.E. and earn the respect of Penny, but only if he can keep her away from the dashing Captain Hammer...

A diminutive bouncer with a fearsome reputation and a notoriously bad judge of character team up for an adventure that neither is soon likely to forget in this comedic love story set in the seedy world of rock and roll nightclubs from director Derek Diorio. Punch might not be the biggest bouncer around, but what he lacks in stature, Punch more than makes up for in ferocity. Despite Punch's reputation among those in the know, to Judy he's nothing more than a loveable Turkish musician who wouldn't think to harm a fly. When this pair comes together amidst a wild crowd that includes a minister with a knack for seductive scripture and a philandering professor who just can't seems to stay faithful, chances are someone's going to get hurt. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
