Sloan (Eric Dane) anxiously counts the seconds until the end of his 60-day vow of chastity. Cristina (Sandra Oh) gets sore when Burke (Isaiah Washington) monopolizes their wedding plans. The relationship between Addison (Kate Walsh) and Alex (Justin Chambers) heats up, even as Alex grows ever closer to "Jane Doe" (Elizabeth Reaser)--or is her real name Ava? And a male patient is brought in with a fish stuffed in his. . .well, never mind, but it hurts REAL bad. The male staffers at Seattle Grace go on a camping trip in the mountains, which culminates in a "slap fight" (so to speak) between George (T.R. Knight) and Alex (Justin Chambers]). Addison (Kate Walsh) and Callie (Sara Ramirez) have a lot to talk over as they team up on a medical case. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) tears into Cristina (Sandra Oh) concerning her strange actions vis-à-vis Burke (Isaiah Washington). And Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) enters unchartered territory (for her) as she assists Sloan (Eric Dane) with a very delicate "corrective" procedure (Hint: the patient is named Donna, but she used to be Daniel). The day's rounds require that George (T.R. Knight) team up with Derek (Patrick Dempsey)--and, less harmoniously, that Callie (Sara Ramirez, now a series regular) team up with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). In other developments, Finn (Chris O'Donnell) gets an update on the wellbeing of Meredith's dog Doc; Denny (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is all primed for the transplant, but the donated heart suddenly becomes unavailable, forcing Izzie (Katherine Heigl) to take drastic measures; and Callie has something very important to say to George. Rosanna Arquette guest stars as convict Constance Ferguson, who tries to get out of solitary confinement by swallowing four razor blades--an act of pathetic bravado that earns the contempt of Cristina (Sandra Oh). Elsewhere, the newborn quintuplets and their mother (Margaret Welsh) are suffering serious post-natal problems, with one of the infants close to death. As Izzie (Katherine Heigl) cares for the ailing child, Addison (Kate Walsh) decides that it is time to teach the idealistic intern a painful but necessary lesson. Also, Alex (Justin Chambers) broods obessessively over a medical mistake, which only serves to make Izzie (Katherine Heigl) even more angry with him; and under pressure, George (T.R. As a newly enlisted Whitelighter, Paige (Rose McGowan) is assigned to help a troubled young mechanic named Mitchell Haines (Seamus Dever). In order to find out if a future world ruled by the Avatars will indeed be a utopia as they claim it will, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) trades powers with Phoebe (Alyssa Milano). Unfortunately, the demon Zankou (Oded Fehr) interrupts the transference process -- and as a result, the girls' powers are dispersed to a wide variety of mortal "innocents," who wreak considerable havoc with their ill-gotten magic skills. Fed up with the girls' noisy sibling rivalry, "Grams" casts a spell, transforming the trio into teenagers. This situation proves somewhat embarrassing when the younger version of Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) attends an award ceremony. Young male witch and comic-book aficionado Kevin (Andrew James Allen) is tricked into using his powers of thought projection to bring his favorite superhero, "The Aggressor," to life. In a twinkling, The Aggressor is possessed by a demon, who is bent upon destroying one of the Whitelighter Elders. To remedy matters, Kevin transforms the Charmed Ones into funny-paper superheroines -- complete with form-fitting tights and brand-new powers. Elsewhere, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) tries to put the P3 club back on its feet; Paige (Rose McGowan) has boyfriend troubles; and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) launches a muckraking press campaign against a slum lord. ~ All Movie Guide
