April Fool's Day brings a combination of the silly and the serious to the ER, with emphasis on the latter. A police officer shoots an elderly patient with dementia, but full blame for the incident may actually rest with two of the ER staffers. Several teenagers are injured while trying to "huff" carpet cleaner. A pregnant teenager treated by Kovac (Goran Visnjic) suffers complications in more ways than one. Corday (Alex Kingston) faces another career crisis. A sort-of Saturday Night Live for the preteen set, Nickelodeon 's All That features a blend of comedy skits, musical guest performances, and kid-friendly guest stars.
