The first one chased a pretty coed into into the street, where she was struck and killed by a drunk driver; the second one recognized the driver and has hatched an elaborate extortion scheme. Meanwhile, officer Joanne Molenski (Darlanne Flugel) undergoes another personal crisis which ends up costing her her job.
