A man named Tommy is run over and killed while Duncan (Adrian Paul) is engaged in a battle with another Immortal, Gallen (played by wrestler Roddy Piper). Investigating this tragedy, Duncan realizes that Tommy was not exactly an innocent bystander, and his death was far from accidental.
