This episode thrusts Hercules (Kevin Sorbo) back into the parallel universe where he and his associates exist in bizarre alter-ego form. Unless Hercules can save the Olympian Gods from this topsy-turvy universe, both the parallel and the "real" world will be destroyed. Nestor also intends to increase his power by appropriating the Hind's horns and hooves. Reading an ancient scroll at the behest of some villagers, Gabrielle (Renee O'Connor) inadvertently released the three long-dormant Titans, parents of the Olympian Gods. Though Gabrielle is able to keep two of the Titans under control, the third, Hyperion (Mark Rafferty), has resumed his campaign of destruction. Hades (Erik Thomson) summons Hercules (Kevin Sorbo) to the Other Side on a mission of mercy. It seems that the latest lost soul to arrive in Hades' domain is handsome young Timuron (Craig Hall), who, according to the rules, must be severely punished throughout eternity for crimes allegedly committed while alive.
