The film observes the goings-on during a week in Los Angeles in 1983, with many intersecting characters including a kidnapper, movie executives, rock stars, and other freewheeling, morally loose individuals. An aspiring surfer learns some life lessons the hard way in this 2003 drama from director Phil Avalon. This episode of Farscape was originally presented out of chronological sequence, the explanation being that too much had occurred elsewhere in the saga to permit any earlier telecast. It is now 15 days after the destruction of the PeaceKeeper Gammak Base where Crichton (Ben Browder) had been held prisoner. Zhaan (Virginia Hey) fills Crichton in as to what has happened to Moya and her crew during his absence, including a legal imbroglio on the planet Litigara, where, arrested for a minor jaywalking charge, Zhaan ended up being charged for murder. It was up to Rygel (Jonathan Hardy) and Chiana (Gigi Edgley) to save their fellow crew member before Moya was forced to leave Litigara's orbital field. As indicated by its title, this episode is a partial homage to Casablanca, especially the scenes wherein Hercules (Kevin Sorbo) and Morrigan (Tamara Gorski) lose their chance for romance during a lengthy flashback. The substance of the story, however, involves the Oracle of Cyprus (Alison Quigan), who has gloomily predicted her own death. Her powers as Goddess of Love bollixed up by her own romantic misadventures, Aphrodite (Alexandra Tydings) accidentally places a group of Amazons under a spell, rendering them subservient to men (they even lower themselves to dancing and waiting on tables at a cheap tavern). Deimos (Joel Tobeck), the god of terror, takes advantage of this situation as part of his plan to reassemble the powerful Chronus Stone. In the third of five made-for-TV movies starring Kevin Sorbo as legendary superhero Hercules, the Earth is in danger of turning into a block of ice unless the fires of the world can be rekindled. This calamitous situation is the handiwork of Hercules' treacherous stepmother Hera, in whose immortal hands the Eternal Torch has been passed. To retrieve this valuable flame and save Mankind, Hercules must do battle with a giant, a duplicitous wood sprite and his own Olympian father Zeus (Anthony Quinn). Tawny Kitean is seen as the enigmatic Deianeira, a role played in earlier Hercules films by Renee O'Connor.
