The sixth hour of Day 4 begins with an explosive action sequence, and Jack (Kiefer Sutherland), disobeying Driscoll's (Alberta Watson) orders, stages a one-man invasion of the terrorist compound, in a desperate last-ditch effort to rescue Heller (William Devane) and Audrey (Kim Raver). He manages to get Heller out of the compound, but they are soon pinned down and out of ammunition, and then Omar (Tony Plana) tries to escape, using Audrey as his personal human shield. Tariq (Rene Millan) shows up at the Araz home, ostensibly to help Behrooz (Jonathan Ahdout) dispose of Debbie's body, but after they leave the house, Dina (Shohreh Aghdashloo) realizes that Tariq is going to kill Behrooz, and angrily confronts Navi (Nestor Serrano). "Living here has changed him," Navi explains. "He is no longer our son." Back at CTU, Heller learns that his son, Richard (Logan Marshall-Green), has been subject to "noninvasive" torture while in CTU custody. At first, he's outraged, but when he learns that Richard was actually withholding information that might help the investigation, he tells Curtis (Roger R. Cross) to do whatever's necessary to get Richard to talk. As the hour closes, the CTU team learns what was in that mysterious briefcase, and discovers that the kidnapping of Heller and the Internet broadcast were a cover, laying the groundwork for a far more deadly terrorist plot. ~ Josh Ralske, All Movie Guide

In this penultimate episode of The Drew Carey Show, NeverEndingstore.com is about to go under, prompting Drew (Drew Carey) to start up his own business--or rather, restart the old Winfred-Louder operation as a 1940s-style thrift store. Drew hopes to line up his former boss Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson)--now fabulously wealthy thanks to his new father-in-law Jonathan (J. Patrick McCormack), owner of a major Christian TV network--as his partner. Unfortunately, this requires Drew to cover up the fact that Wick is cheating on his wife, and also compels him to risk great bodily injury at the hands of Wick's mistress Lorna (Colleen Flynn)! The tenth film in Paramount's highly lucrative sci-fi franchise is also positioned as the last for the entire original Next Generation crew. En route to the honeymoon of William Riker (Jonathan Frakes) to Deanna Troi (Marina Sirtis) on her home planet of Betazed, Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise receive energy readings identical to those uniquely emitted by the positronic brain of android crew member Data (Brent Spiner). Upon investigation, they discover the disassembled parts of an identical android named B4, an early prototype of Data himself, now scattered on the surface of a remote world. As they reassemble B4, the crew receives word from Starfleet that a coup has resulted in the installation of a new Romulan political leader, Shinzon (Tom Hardy), who claims to seek détente with the human-backed United Federation of Planets. As commander of the closest starship to Romulus, Picard is ordered there to negotiate with Shinzon. Once in enemy territory, the captain and his crew make a startling discovery: Shinzon is human, a slave from the Romulan sister planet of Remus (the residents of which are vampire-like creatures that dwell on the perpetually dark side of their home world), and has a secret, shocking relationship to Picard himself. It soon becomes clear that Shinzon has lured the Enterprise to Romulus using B4 as bait and that his sinister ulterior motives include the destruction of Earth. A vicious battle between the Enterprise and Shinzon's powerful warship ensues, resulting in heartbreaking heroics and a devastating casualty. The long-awaited "backstory" for the popular syndicated science-fiction saga Babylon 5 was provided some five years after the series premiered, courtesy of the two-hour movie special Babylon Five: In the Beginning. Set in the year 2278, the film takes a backward glance at the Earth-Minbari war, as seen through the eyes of Londo Mollari (Peter Jurasik), now the emperor of Centauri. Detailed for the first time are the tragic beginnings of the war, the involvement of the Minbari Delenn (Mira Furlan), and the death of Dukaht (Raynor Scheine). In addition to featuring most of the series' current regulars, the film also brings back such early defectors as Lt. Cmdr. Jeffrey Sinclair (Michael O'Hare) and Ambassador Kosh (Ardwright Chamberlain). As a bonus, Claudia Christian appears unbilled in her familiar role of Lt. Cmdr. Susan Ivanova, here depicted as an 18-year-old civilian. The film was written by series producer J. Michael Straczynski, and later novelized by Peter David.
