Mainstream Hollywood filmmaker Hugh Wilson teams up with screenwriter/author John Grisham for the independently produced sports drama Mickey. Harry Connick Jr. stars as a widowed father in trouble with the law who runs away to Las Vegas with his 12-year-old, baseball-loving son (Shawn Salinas). They change their names in order to avoid a federal tax investigation. When the talented son starts playing Little League, the locals can't help but notice him. Soon his talents attract unwanted national attention. The film also stars Michelle Johnson and Mike Starr. Though made in 2001, the release date was pushed back several years due to an unrelated, real-life Little League scandal. Mickey was briefly released in 2003 in the Little League headquarters town of Williamsport, PA. ~ Andrea LeVasseur, All Movie Guide

TV sports commentator Brent Musberger provides the narration as some of the most unforgettable golf shots made during the past three decades are revisited onscreen. Players like Jack Nicklaus appear in rounds from the Masters, the PGA Championship, and other competitions. The special skills of all of the professional players who appear become quite clear as each featured clip captures ricochet shots, history-making putts, and fairway shots that almost defy the imagination. A number of these golfers remain active in either the regular or senior PGA competitions. ~ Elizabeth Smith, All Movie Guide
Popular long time sports announcer Brent Musberger hosts this look at some of the greatest golf shots ever caught on film. Focusing on professional tournaments like the Masters and The British Open, Musberger details how certain key shots allowed a player to walk away with an unexpected title. Also shown are the many great saves that allowed a golfer to maintain a lead and walk away with a record breaking performance. Musberger uses his uncanny ability to build a sports moment, keeping the viewer on edge and feeling the pressure, and then lets the footage do the rest. The only problem with Golf's Greatest Shots, Vol. 1 may be that it focuses too much on recent golfers like Greg Norman, Jack Nicklaus and Nick Faldo and not enough on the great shots from Bobby Jones and Ben Hogan. ~ Ed Atkinson, All Movie Guide

Narrated by Brent Musburger, the program features footage of Finals MVP Cedric Maxwell helping the Celtics recover after being down in the series three games to one. His teammate, young Larry Bird, helps save Game 7 and the championship by sinking a clutch bank shot that puts Boston ahead 91-90 at a crucial juncture late in the contest. ~ Steve Blackburn, All Movie Guide
