One of the brothers acquires a bull in order to produce a higher quality of cattle. This Mexican action movie represents the third episode in a ten-part series based on author Paco Ignacio Taibo II's character Hector Belacoaran Shayne, a gritty, one-eyed detective. In the film, the Phantom is a mysterious masked wrestler. He dies in the first scene and it is up to Shayne to find the murderer. He must simultaneously investigate the suicide of a teenager. Two small-town guys get more adventure than they want in the big city in this action comedy from Mexico. Montes (Sergio Goyri) is a none-too-bright yokel from the country who heads into the big city with his best friend Juan (Charly Valentino) to buy a pickup truck. Montes wants to get his vehicle and head on home, but Juan persuades him to take in some of the sights of the big city first. Julian proves himself to be an able gunfighter and lawman by arresting a gang of bank robbers, and soon he has married the marshall's daughter.
