There's a strong ab workout included, as well as some helpful stretching routines. Older viewers may want to stand near a chair during some of the exercises since many of them require an excellent sense of balance. The calves and other muscle groups, often ignored in many other videos, are fully challenged by this workout. Gilad knows how to motivate the viewer, providing affirmation as the routines progress.
