A group of radical Vietnam vets become broadcasting pirates and take on a Presidential candidate in this crazy comedy. The vets and their leader, "Captain," are television raiders flying all over the country in a B-29 they turned into flying broadcasting station S&M TV, jamming the airwaves wherever they go. Their self-assigned mission for the past 20 years is to keep the public informed about government activity to stop them from launching another foolish war like Vietnam. To do this they monitor the broadcasts of other television stations and when they don't like what they hear, they bust in and expose the lies. The bulk of the story centers around their final mission: an all-out attempt to keep Mrs. Willa Westinghouse, an ultra-conservative Presidential candidate and strong proponent of the Cold War and military strength, from winning the election. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide

Two men who had been partners 20 years earlier reunite and rekindle old animosities in this routine, low-budget drama by director David Drury, made for the "First Love" British TV series but also released theatrically. James (James Aubrey), a teacher, and Father Michael (Nicholas Gecks) meet again long after their upbeat musical partnership ended and are overjoyed at seeing each other -- though that is short-lived. Personality differences emerge rather quickly, especially after James starts a sexual liaison with the mother of a little boy who adores Father Michael. Flashbacks to the 1950s help to illustrate the background of the two men in conflict. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, All Movie Guide

A love affair turns dangerous when a young man discovers his girl has been hiding something from him in this drama, a change of pace for British horror man Pete Walker. Ginny (Alison Elliott) and her best friend Carol (Debbie Linden) are hitchhiking one day when a truck driver picks them up. The trucker takes a shine to Carol, and after a visit to a coffee shop, Ginny is left thumbing a ride on her own. Mike (James Aubrey), who saw Ginny while getting some coffee, gives her a lift and offers to take her out to dinner. Initially wary, Ginny accepts, and within a few days the two are dating steadily. Mike is a songwriter who writes commercial jingles and works with a successful pop group called Bad Accident, while Ginny is a student looking towards a career in fashion design. After spending a few nights together, all seems to be well with the new couple, until Mike learns pretty Ginny's secret -- while she looks to be 19 or 20, she's actually only 14 years old. Mike tries to call off their relationship, but he and Ginny are too attracted to one another to stay away, and they cautiously continue to see one another until Ginny's parents (Mark Burns and Juliet Harmer) become aware of the sexual nature of their relationship. Ginny's father contacts the police, and under the pressure of interrogation Ginny tells the authorities that Mike forced her to be intimate with him; while Mike was prepared to be charged with having sex with a minor, he becomes distraught when he learns Ginny has also accused him of rape. Home Before Midnight also features Chris Jagger (Mick Jagger's brother) as a member of Bad Accident. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide
This horror feature should entertain fans of the blood and guts but ultimately fails to live up to its title. Royal ancestors feel the wrath of the curse of the condemned witch Mad Dolly L.E. Mack, who spews forth her prophetic venom while she is burned at the stake. The victims suffer death by having their heads removed in various fashions, getting their limbs caught in animal traps, knife wounds, and other methods of popular medieval torture. ~ Dan Pavlides, All Movie Guide
