In this made-for-cable TV psychological thriller, a sister must prove that her brother's new girl, a nurse, is a deeply troubled psycho-killer who would rather see her lovers die than fall into another woman's clutches. ~ Sandra Brennan, Rovi
This Italian horror outing is set on a college campus in Miami and chronicles the grisly aftermath that occurs when a student is bitten by a lab animal and turns into a voracious, man-killing beast. ~ Sandra Brennan, Rovi
Jessica (Angela Lansbury) is off to Jamaica, there to visit an old friend living on a sprawling plantation. No sooner has she arrived than Jessica is plunged into family intrigue, stemming from the decision by the plantation heir to wed the daughter of an Obeah priest. This not only dashes the hopes of the family merging with another prosperous Jamaican plantation clan, but it also leads to murder--apparently the fulfillment of an ancient voodoo curse! Musical stage star Shani Wallis makes a rare American TV appearance in this episode. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
Tracey Gold stars in this ABC Afterschool Special as Ari Jacobs, the envious younger sister of spoiled, imperious Elizabeth Jacobs (Cheryl Arutt). It is bad enough that Ari is treated as a baby by Elizabeth, ignored (or so she thinks) by her mother, and bullied at school; even worse is the fact that Ari has no possessions she can call her own, all of them mere "hand-me-downs" from her sister. The plot thickens when Ari is forced by a bullying girl to "borrow" Elizabeth's bike -- which is promptly stolen. The Hand Me Down Kid is based on a novel by Francine Pascal. ~ Rovi
