Fate brings together two people who are struggling with different demons in this drama from Colombian filmmaker Jorge Navas. Jorge (Quique Mendoza) is a cab driver working a night shift in Bogota who is in an unsettled frame of mind. Jorge's brother was recently murdered, and he thinks he knows who the killers are; he's pondering ways to get even with them when he picks up a fare, a pretty girl named Angela (Gloria Montoya). Angela is clearly feeling the effects of a long night of partying, but when Jorge gets in an accident shortly after dropping her off, she's clear headed enough to take him to the hospital. As the night wears on, Jorge and Angela form a friendship, and while she's willing to help him track down his brother's murderer, he begins having second thoughts about what justice he should seek.
