The initiation of young Mark (Gavin Brannan) into his first sexual encounter is the objective and focus of this run-of-the-mill teen drama by Kikuo Kawasaki. When Mark goes to visit his cousin Toni (David Siegel) in Austria for the summer, he develops a serious crush on Toni's pretty stepsister Clair (Susanne Ashley) and at the same time tries to fend off Toni's efforts to get him set up with prostitutes. As much as he likes Clair, Mark cannot bring himself to start a sexual relationship with her and ultimately goes to Clair's mother Katherine (Sybil Danning) to vent his feelings. It is that meeting that ultimately sends Mark home more experienced than when he arrived. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, All Movie Guide

His thanks for this help, once the robbery is pulled off, is to be gunned down by the robber. Before the Allied invasion of North Africa in World War II, there was still plenty of confusion, and wartime national alliances often conflicted with personal friendships. Valentin (Michel Piccoli), a French black marketer, rescues Basil (Michael York), an English fighter pilot, off the coast of Italian-occupied Libya. The pilot is discovered by the police when Valentin leaves him with friends in order to visit with his Italian girlfriend. As a result, both Valentin and Basil are held in custody. They escape together and flee to the (neutral) Swiss Embassy, where they get help in the form of a car driven by the ambassador's wife. This French-language wartime comedy recounts their adventures on the journey out of Libya. ~ Clarke Fountain, All Movie Guide

This mildly erotic story concerns a couple who return to their honeymoon cottage after a rocky five-year marriage. The wife has erotic dreams about a stranger she meets on the beach. Her husband glowers while he waits for her relatives to leave before the love-making can begin. Flashbacks recall the couple's past which is plagued by lack of communication and the feeling of being alone in the marriage. Although the couple clearly has problems, the exact nature of their mutual discontent is inapparent ~ Dan Pavlides, All Movie Guide

An extremely sub-James Bond orientation drives this thriller -- made in Europe but trying to look and sound American -- about a counter-intelligence operative (identified as a "super-agent" by his boss) investigating a leak to the Soviets. Dark, good-looking Ray Danton plays Larson, the "super-agent" in this awkward (but, on that level, enjoyable) yet knowing spoof of the genre. ~ Bruce Eder, All Movie Guide
