High above Tokyo's Shinjuku area, two men battle for the fate of the world: Rebi Ra, an emissary for the demon world, and Genichiro, the only man who can stop him. When the soldiers destroy one android, the other goes after Ferris, the granddaughter of their inventor. Only Sybil can get to Ferris in time to save her. This animated Japanese feature is aimed at adult audiences and features bloodshed and nudity. The story is set in a grim and distant future wherein vampires dominate what is left of the human race. The story centers on a young woman who hires a famous vampire hunter after she is bitten by one herself. If D should fail her, the girl will be forced to join the ranks of the immortal damned. In this Japanese animated fantasy, the beautiful alien Lum, Princess of the Oni, comes with her minions to take back Earth. The only chance the human's have to retain their planet is if the luckless, girl-loving teen Ataru Moroboshi can beat Lum at her planet's favorite game: sports-tag. The epidemic of juvenile delinquency in the mean streets of a Tokyo slum is depicted in this sordid story of sex and violence. The group is dwindled by suicide, murder, gang warfare and accidents as they engage in arson and gunplay. Plagued by drug and alcohol problems, the members of the gang head down the dead-end street to oblivion, despair and certain death.
