Mel Harris traces her aunt's mysterious roots in this made-for-television movie. Based on the book of the same name by Laurel Pace, Harris stars as Jordan Kirkland, a genealogist who begins tracing her wealthy Aunt Kitty's (Vivian Reis) roots. Beloved Hungarian actor and cabaret performer Róbert Koltai stars in this comedy as a basically clueless man with an insatiable appetite for women and an inescapable attraction to every get-rich-quick scheme he runs across. In the story, he is a salesman traveling to the countryside with his teenaged nephew on a vacation. He was supposed to supervise a much more respectable journey than the one that results. First, he discovers that there is a racetrack on the way to their destination. Then he decides that his nephew is ready to have his first sexual experience with a woman, and he arranges that.
