Samantha Billows knows she has what it takes to be a great copywriter, yet she always seems to say exactly the wrong thing at the worst possible moment. It's a problem that not even her therapist can solve, and one that might just cost Samantha her dream job at The Hunt Advertising Agency. Introduced to the wonderful world of blogging by a close friend, however, Samantha begins writing a blog entitled "Dear Me" that allows her to express her innermost fears so she can be confident under pressure. As a result, Samantha lands a Junior Copywriter position at the Hunt Agency on a temporary basis. Just when it seems that her career has gotten off the ground and things are going great, however, Samantha falls head over heels in love with Desmond, the head of Public Relations for their French client. Later, when a scheming co-worker discovers Samantha's blog, "Dear Me" becomes an office sensation. Now, as everyone attempts to get Samantha's attention in hopes of being featured on her blog, she quickly discovers that "Dear Me" has become popular for all the wrong reasons, and that it could destroy her job and her relationship with Desmond if she doesn't act fast. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

The first segment, titled "Deer Hunters Wives," details the daily frustrations of a Civil War tour guide named Mandy who's hopelessly fixated on the story of Jennie Wade - the only civilian to be killed during the battle of Gettysburg. Meanwhile, her good friend June hatches a scandalous plan to make some extra cash by starting an online porn site. "What I Blieve" tells the tale of a man who enlists the aid of a Christian Scientist in healing his back pain and explaining the Bigfoot that chased him through the mountains, and "Original Bill" finds a writer's search for inspiration in the quiet countryside constantly interrupted by his Amish neighbor, a woman who smokes, drinks, and sneaks a peek at his television whenever possible. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

The childhood friendship between four lifelong friends is unexpectedly rekindled after one of them kills a notorious drug dealer and the rest of the group conspires to cover up the crime. Beer-guzzling widower Bobby Stork was locked into a downward spiral of depression when he ran across his old pal Mark Van Houten -- an unemployed doctor who now pays the bills by cooking up crystal meth. Upon relaying Mark's dilemma to their mutual friends, uptight Laith Rukkab and expectant father Hutto, the three pals agree that they need to snap their old friend back to reality before it's too late. In order to do so, Bobby, Laith, and Hutto agree to present Mark with the throwing stars that the four friends used to play with back when they were kids. Mark's best customer is a notorious drug dealer and animal porn producer named Reed, and when Laith and Bobby pass Reed's car on the way to deliver the throwing stars, they can't resist the opportunity to free the unwilling "actors" that are locked inside. But somehow, in the midst of the confusion, Laith drops one of the throwing stars in Reed's car.

Enraged by the break-in and infuriated by the fact that Mark hasn't finished cooking up his latest batch of meth, Reed notices a throwing star on Mark's table and assumes that he's found the person responsible for the break-in. In a fit of rage, Reed tries to murder Mark. But Mark is armed with a throwing star, and somehow manages to kill his attacker with a well-aimed throw. With precious little time to loose before the authorities catch on, Bobby, Laith, and Hutto go to work in helping get rid of the evidence and cook up a foolproof alibi. But these kind of cover-ups rarely go off without a hitch, and over the course of this eventful night these four friends will be forced to contend with an especially mischievous monkey as they each come to some startling realizations about the unexpected directions that their lives have taken as of late. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

At a mystical, bullet-strewn outpost in the heart of the Mojave Desert, four disparate working-class people from the streets of Las Vegas will find their lives forever changed. Few normal people would expect to find an abandoned phone booth in the middle of the desert, yet for some of the more eccentric travelers, it's actually the entire reason for their journey. The myth of this phone booth was born on the Internet. Windows smashed and covered in graffiti, the lonely booth sets at the end of a long stretch of road surrounded by nothingness for hundreds of miles. But it still functions, and there's always the prospect that at any moment, the telephone may unexpectedly come alive with the sound of a ring. The callers phone in from all corners of the country, and the occupant inside never knows what interesting conversation could await them. Now, as four lonely strangers set up camp near this abandoned phone booth, they are all about to discover that they are better connected to the outside world than they ever imagined. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

An eccentric genius is forced to confront the consequences of his own madness in this independent drama. Paul Hadley (Christopher Masterson) is a brilliant but emotionally fragile inventor who has developed a deep and not unjustifiable paranoia after a number of his most advanced ideas have mysteriously appeared as the work of other people. Convinced that someone has been spying on him -- perhaps the government, possibly industrial spies, maybe the Russians -- Hadley becomes increasingly reclusive as he works on his next project, a high-tech item he calls "the cube." One of the only times Hadley leaves his home is to eat, and after becoming a regular customer at a nearby diner, he strikes up a casual friendship with Jenny (Lyndsy Fonesca), a pretty young waitress. When Hadley leaves one of his notebooks at the diner, Jenny decides to stop by his place to return it; certain she's an intruder, Hadley attacks her before he realizes who she is, putting the woman into a coma and forcing him to confront the outside world whether he likes it or not. The title character of this half hour animated series was a gigantic reconditioned robot. Young coach potato Coop had rescued the robot from a junkyard where it had been rusting away for 60 years, then retooled the pile of metal to create the world's largest plaything. At this point, young Kiva, a visitor from the future, appeared before Coop and demanded that he surrender Megas XLFR to her. According to Kiva, the robot was essential in saving the "present" universe from the villains of the future, headed by evil alien Glorft. Trouble was, Coop had so extensively modified Megas that he was the only person able to control the robot. Thus it was that Coop found himself in the unenviable position of potential savior of the universe, a burden he tried to share with both Kiva and his best pal Jamie. Created by George Krstic and Jody Schaeffer, Megas XLR had originally been titled LowBrow, but was rechristened on the eve of its Cartoon Network debut on May 1, 2004. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi

Mel Brooks does it again with this send-up of vampire films. That Leslie Nielson plays the great blood-sucking count gives viewers a good idea as to what they are in for. This Dracula takes himself very seriously despite the fact that he's a bit of a klutz with a tendency to slip in the bat guano that adorns his castle floor. Staying very close to Bram Stoker's original story, Brooks also pays sly homage to other major vampire film classics, including Nosferatu. Though silly but subtle gags abound in this outing, Brooks has taken great care to recreate the late 19th-century atmosphere in rich detail and harkens back to Hammer horror movies popular during the '50s and '60s. ~ Sandra Brennan, Rovi

Inspired by the advent of Seattle's grunge music sound and popular films such as Slacker (1991) and Singles (1992), the Generation X comedy-drama was born. Typified by characters in their early twenties sharing an abundance of education, a lack of career direction, stunted romantic aspirations and an obsession with popular culture, one of the better examples of the genre was Kicking and Screaming. Josh Hamilton stars as Grover, a recent college graduate and aspiring writer depressed over the departure of his girlfriend Jane (Olivia d'Abo) for a fellowship in Prague. Josh's best friends are in a similar predicament. Skippy (Jason Wiles) is a classic slacker couch potato still attending classes despite having graduated, while the philosophical Max (Chris Eigeman) and Otis (Carlos Jacott), a mechanical engineer, both remain unemployed. Tenth-year student Chet (Eric Stoltz), who works at a local bar and has still not finished his education, serves as a cautionary tale for the four unmotivated pals. Kicking and Screaming was the debut of writer and director Noah Baumbach and the first of several cinematic collaborations between him and actors Eigeman and Stoltz. ~ Karl Williams, Rovi
