After CIA agent Emma Wallace (Olivia D'Abo) is killed in full view of a nationwide TV audience, Sydney (Jennifer Garner) and Vaughn (Michael Vartan) are assigned to take over Emma's mission. They must determine if a new gene-splicing technology called Helix is actually some sort of weapon -- and they must also locate Emma's CIA partner, Jim Lennox (Ethan Hawke). What they do not know (but the viewer does) is that the man calling himself Lennox is a double agent. In the first episode of a two-part story, medieval sorceress Morgaine LeFey and her equally villainous son Mordred reappear in the present, just before Halloween. The two reprobates are searchinig for the Philosopher's Stone, which will enable them to restore England to its Arthurian glory, with themselves as supreme rulers. Even when you're the King of the Jungle, you don't want to forget your anniversary with your significant other, as taught in this direct-to-video sequel to the 1999 Disney animated adventure Tarzan. Tarzan (voice of Michael T. Weiss) and Jane (voice of Olivia d'Abo) are soon to celebrate their first anniversary together, and as the two find themselves looking back on the ups and downs of the past year, Jane decides she wants to get something special for Tarzan to mark the occasion. But Jane has a hard time deciding just what the special gift should be, and even their animal friends Terk the Gorilla (voice of April Winchell) and Tantor the Elephant (voice of Jim Cummings) are short on gift ideas. As it turns out, it's Tarzan who has the big surprise for Jane, as he plans something special to show how he's come to understand the life she left behind to be with him. It's The Shining at sea in the made-for-cable paranormal thriller The Triangle. The story opens in the Caribbean, where Stu (Luke Perry), a shady lawyer, has chartered a boat captained by Louis Morgan (Dorian Harewood) for a fishing excursion. Accompanying Stu are his "trophy" girlfriend Julia (Polly Shannon), his best friend Tommy (Dan Cortese), and Capt. Morgan's attractive First Mate (Olivia D'Abo). Swept into the Bermuda Triangle by inclement weather, the five seafarers are greeted with the daunting vision of a huge, deserted ocean liner: the Queen of Scots, which disappeared in 1939. Climbing on board the liner to investigate, Stu and his comrades find themselves at the mercy of an unfriendly spirit: the ghost of a legendary movie star who had gone on a murderous rampage on the night that the Queen of Scots vanished without a trace. In this awful black comedy, an aging bank robber tries to pull off one final caper. Things go awry and he ends up staying in a raunchy hotel. The crime is well-publicized, but fortunately the equally seedy residents there keep mum. Unfortunately, they are determined to literally nickel and dime him to death by making him pay dearly for even the smallest favors. Picard's perennial nemesis Q (John DeLancie) makes his first sixth-season appearance in this episode. On this occasion, Q sets forth to test Enterprise medical intern Amanda Rogers (Olivia d'Abo), whose parents were originally from the Q continuum. The testing process reaches its peak when Amanda begins displaying Q-like tendencies, leading to a difficult decision between her present self and her true heritage, and a potentially larger crisis involving a dangerously polluted planet.
